When you book through Book My Points (post-launch), you'll be paying the owner's DVC points cost — converted to dollars at the program's points-rate — plus a small booking fee. Owners receive 100% of that hotel cost.
Why timing matters for DVC

DVC's banking deadline is partway through your use year (~end of the 8th month for most contracts). Banking buys a year. Miss the window and you've lost optionality. Home-resort priority operates inside the 11-month booking window; the 7-month window opens up the rest of the catalog.

When does DVC go live?
We open programs based on owner interest. Apply for early access — your sign-up directly informs when DVC opens.
How does this compare to existing DVC brokers?
ACH payouts via Stripe Connect (not paper checks or PayPal F&F), 1099-K at the IRS threshold, Stripe ID verification on guests, admin-mediated dispute handling, no commission tier.
What about home-resort booking priority?
Owners with home-resort priority can fulfill 11-month-window requests at their home resort. The matching engine respects DVC's booking-window rules.
What about One-time Use Fees / banking limits?
DVC's banking and one-time-use rules apply normally — Book My Points doesn't change how you book on DVC's system; it changes who pays for the trip.

- No contract, no commitment up front
- Multiple programs? List them all. Each gets enabled as it launches.
- We do not currently support developer-direct points without ownership transfer to your name, or points held in trust without your name on file.
