DVC includes Aulani, Polynesian Villas, Riviera, Bay Lake Tower, Grand Californian, and Animal Kingdom Lodge. Disney also publishes cash rates for many comparable villa stays.
When you book through Book My Points (post-launch), you'll be paying the owner's DVC points cost — converted to dollars at the program's points-rate — plus a small booking fee. Owners receive 100% of that hotel cost.

When will DVC launch on Book My Points?
We open programs based on owner interest. Get on the notify list — owner sign-ups directly inform when each program opens.
How does this compare to David's, the DVC Rental Store, or other DVC brokers?
Those brokers operate primarily on a pay-up-front, owner-fronts-the-points model with strong reputations. Book My Points operates differently: card-hold-then-verify-then-capture, Stripe-secured payments, built-in dispute window. Different transaction-safety profile.
Can I book home-resort dates 11 months out?
Yes — owners with home-resort priority at a given property can fulfill those requests inside the 11-month booking window. Other owners can fulfill within the 7-month all-resorts window.
What about Aulani specifically?
Aulani is one of DVC's most in-demand properties. Submit early, give a wide date window, and you'll improve your odds.
Does Disney allow points to be rented?
DVC's policy permits members to use their points to make reservations for guests, including for non-members. Book My Points operates within those rules.
