A weighted lottery surfaces eligible owners. The first to respond drafts a proposal based on current availability.

Common questions
No. There's nothing to own, nothing to finance, and no presentation to sit through. You're booking a single stay using points an owner has already paid for.
Nothing — you owe nothing. We're upfront that resort inventory isn't guaranteed, because we don't have access to the resort's reservation system. During early access no money changes hands until your booking is confirmed and verified.
During early access, you and the owner arrange direct payment after the booking is verified — Zelle, Venmo, or another method you both agree on. When full payment processing launches, payouts move to ACH via Stripe Connect, released after a 14-day post-checkout dispute window.
