Guests pay only when the booking is real.

During early access, no money changes hands until you confirm a proposal, the owner books the reservation, and the resort verifies it. Then you and the owner arrange payment directly.

Owners get 100% of the room cost.

During early access there is no booking fee — the guest pays the owner directly for the full room cost. When full payment processing launches, a small booking fee will fund the platform.

The rate reflects the owner's points cost.

Owners recover part of their maintenance cost. Guests book the resort villa at a rate based on points instead of the published hotel price.

Your total at confirmation is just the actual room cost (in points × the program's points-to-dollars rate). During early access there is no booking fee — you'll pay that total directly to the owner.
