Update your balance in your portal. Requests stop being routed to you when you don't have enough points to cover them. Resume any time.
Are my Bonvoy elite benefits affected?
Generally no — points-based reservations don't typically affect your Bonvoy status either way. Your benefits on personal stays are unchanged.
Can I block out specific dates I want to keep for myself?
Yes — you control your availability windows in your portal. Requests outside your windows aren't routed to you.
How quickly can I expect my first payout?
First payout typically arrives ~3–4 weeks from the day the guest checks out (14-day dispute window + ACH settlement).
