When Book My Points launches HRC support, you'll be paying the owner's points cost converted at the program's points-rate, plus a small booking fee. Owners receive 100% of that hotel cost.

Is HRC the same as Hyatt Vacation Club / the Welk integration?
HRC is now operated by Marriott Vacations Worldwide, with a separate currency from MVC. Hyatt Vacation Club (the post-Welk integration) is part of the same booking ecosystem at most properties.
How does this compare to private rentals?
