Why this works
The rate starts with
the points required.
HGV has resorts in Hawaii, Las Vegas, Orlando, New York City, Park City, the Caribbean, and Europe. Many are also sold through Hilton at published cash rates.
When Book My Points launches HGV support, you'll be paying the owner's ClubPoints cost converted at the program's points-rate, plus a small booking fee. Owners receive 100% of that hotel cost.
Why timing matters for HGV

HGV ClubPoints expire at the end of your use year unless you bank, convert, or use them. Banking ("Save Now") buys a year, sometimes for a fee. Conversion to Hilton Honors locks in a poor exchange ratio. Book My Points filters requests against your use-year anniversary so you only see what fits your timeline.

What an HGV stay through Book My Points will look like.
- The actual HGV reservation in your name, on Hilton's reservation system
- Full villa amenities — kitchen, washer/dryer, multi-bedroom layouts where applicable
- Hilton Honors: points-based stays don't typically accrue Honors elite credit (a Hilton rule, not ours)
- Post-Diamond integration means the catalog includes HVC properties alongside legacy HGV
- Resort fees and taxes typically billed at check-in

When does HGV go live?
We open programs based on owner interest. Apply for early access — your sign-up directly informs when HGV opens.
Will the post-Diamond HVC integration matter?
Owners with HVC, legacy HGV, or both can list during onboarding. Requests will route based on your eligible point types.
What about my Hilton Honors elite status?
Generally unaffected — points-based reservations don't typically affect Honors status either way.
How are payouts handled?
Same model as MVC: 100% of the hotel cost via ACH 14 days after the guest's stay. 1099-K issued at the IRS threshold.

Who can join.
- HGV owners — fast-track sign-up. Name, email, program(s) — we notify you the day HGV goes live.
- No contract, no commitment up front
- Multiple programs? List them all. Each gets enabled as it launches.
- We do not currently support developer-direct points without ownership transfer to your name, or points held in trust without your name on file.
